Immediately after purchase you will receive an email with your Access Document PDF attached. Open it to find clickable links to every template across all six folders. Click Use Template in Canva to create your own personal editable copy.

A free Canva account is all you need. Canva Pro is optional but saves significant time with the Brand Kit feature, it lets you apply your colours and fonts across every template with one click. No other purchases are required.

Yes, this system is designed for practitioners who already have a logo, brand colours (as hex codes), and fonts in place. The templates are built to be customised to your existing brand. Without these assets you will not be able to apply your brand consistently across the system.
If your branding is not yet established, we recommend starting with our Brand Clarity Audit, Brand in a week or Brand Clarity Growth System first.
These services build the brand foundation your practice needs, so when you are ready to apply it across your kit, everything works together cohesively from day one.

Yes, that is exactly how the system works. You apply your logo as a PNG file with a transparent background, your exact hex colour codes, and your font names as they appear in Canva. The templates are fully designed to be customised to your brand. You will need your logo and hex codes ready before you begin.

Yes, we provide technical support if you experience any issues accessing or opening your templates. If a link is not working or your Access Document has not arrived, email hello@lilacodesigns.com.au and we will resolve it within 1–3 business days.
Please note that support does not extend to Canva customisation, brand application, or design assistance. If you would like your brand applied across every template for you, our Custom Template Personalisation Service is available as a separate add-on for $397 AUD.

Each licence covers one practitioner and one practice only. This means the system is not available for purchase on behalf of a client, and cannot be shared across multiple practitioners within a group practice, each practitioner requires their own separate licence.
