Lilaco Designs is an Australian-based design and digital product business operated by Christal Giblett (ABN: 80 215 280 413). We create and sell professionally designed template kits, digital resources, and branding tools for health and allied health practitioners in private practice.

Our business is based in Queensland, Australia. All sales are governed by the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia.

Our Products

Lilaco Designs sells digital template kits delivered via Canva template links and downloadable PDF documents. Products include social media templates, client forms, marketing collateral, content planning tools, and supporting resources designed for use by health practitioners in private practice.

What our products are

Our templates are professionally designed starting-point resources. They are creative and administrative tools intended to save practitioners time in setting up and marketing their practice.

What our products are not

Our products are not legal documents, clinical resources, or professional advice of any kind. They are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or approved by AHPRA, the Australian Psychological Society (APS), PACFA, ACA, or any other professional association or regulatory body.

Important All purchasers are responsible for reviewing, adapting, and ensuring that any templates, forms, or content they use comply with their individual professional registration requirements, governing body guidelines, insurance obligations, and applicable legislation before use.

Section 03

Purchasing

Placing an order

By completing a purchase on our website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you agree to these Terms of Sale.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.

Payment

Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Lilaco Designs does not store your payment details.

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder and then contact us at hello@lilacodesigns.com.au.

Section 04

Delivery

All products are delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped. After purchase you will receive an email containing either a direct download link or a PDF document with links to your Canva template folder.

Access to Canva templates

Canva templates are delivered via a shared Canva folder link. You will need a free or paid Canva account to access and edit the templates. Lilaco Designs is not responsible for any changes to Canva's platform, pricing, or availability.

Delivery timeframe

Digital products are delivered instantly or within a few minutes of purchase. If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please contact us within 7 days.

Lost or inaccessible files

If you are unable to access your purchase due to a technical issue on our end, we will resend your access details at no charge. Please retain your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

Section 05

Refunds & Returns

Digital Product Policy Due to the nature of digital products - which are accessible and downloadable immediately upon purchase — we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.

When we will offer a refund

We will provide a full refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

  • The product you received was materially different from the product described at the time of purchase

  • You were unable to access the product due to a technical error on our end that we were unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe

  • You are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (see Section 10)

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at [practice email] within 7 days of purchase with your order confirmation number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

What is not covered

Refunds will not be provided for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Inability to use Canva or unfamiliarity with the platform

  • The templates not meeting a specific clinical, legal, or compliance requirement — purchasers are responsible for ensuring templates meet their professional obligations before use

  • Design preferences or aesthetic differences

Section 06

Licence & Permitted Use

When you purchase a Lilaco Designs template kit, you are purchasing a single-practice, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the templates for your own practice.

You may

  • Customise and edit the templates with your practice name, logo, colours, and content

  • Use the finished, customised materials for your own practice marketing and client communications

  • Print physical copies of customised templates for use within your practice

  • Use the templates across multiple locations or service areas of the same practice

You may not

  • Resell, redistribute, share, sublicence, or gift the original templates to any third party

  • Share your Canva template access link with anyone outside your practice

  • Use the templates to create products for resale (including other template kits)

  • Remove or alter the copyright or attribution notices in the original template files

  • Claim the templates as your own original design work

  • Use the templates on behalf of a third party without purchasing an appropriate licence

Multi-practitioner and studio licences

If you wish to use the templates across multiple practitioners, practices, or organisations, please contact us to discuss a studio or organisational licence before purchasing.

Section 07

Intellectual Property

All template designs, written content, guides, captions, hooks, email sequences, and other materials included in Lilaco Designs products are the intellectual property of Christal Giblett / Lilaco Designs and are protected by Australian and international copyright law.

Purchasing a template kit grants you a licence to use the materials as described in Section 6. It does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you.

The Lilaco Designs name, logo, and branding are the property of Christal Giblett and may not be used without written permission.

Disclaimer

All templates, forms, scripts, captions, and resources provided by Lilaco Designs are editable starting-point templates only. They are created for general business, marketing, and administrative support purposes and are not intended to constitute legal, medical, clinical, psychological, or professional advice of any kind.

Lilaco Designs products are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or approved by AHPRA, the Australian Psychological Society (APS), PACFA, ACA, or any other professional registration or regulatory body.

While care has been taken to ensure content is appropriate for general use within Australian settings, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to:

  • Review and adapt all templates before use in their practice

  • Ensure all materials comply with their professional registration requirements and governing body guidelines

  • Seek independent legal, clinical, or professional advice where required

  • Ensure compliance with applicable state, territory, and Commonwealth legislation

Section 09

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lilaco Designs and Christal Giblett are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • Your use or modification of any Lilaco Designs template or resource

  • Any professional, regulatory, or compliance issue arising from the use of our templates

  • Any third party claim relating to content you create using our templates

  • Any inability to access Canva or other third-party platforms

  • Any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from use of our products

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the purchase of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Section 10

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the product repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these Terms of Sale excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.

Section 11

Privacy

Lilaco Designs collects personal information (such as your name and email address) for the purpose of processing your order and providing customer support. We handle your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Section 12

Changes to These Terms

Lilaco Designs reserves the right to update these Terms of Sale at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or purchase of our products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

We recommend checking this page periodically. For significant changes, we will notify existing customers by email where reasonably practicable.
