This service applies your existing brand to the templates. It does not include:
✗ Logo design or creation of any kind
✗ Brand colour development, selection, or consultation
✗ Font selection or typography advice
✗ Photography, stock image sourcing, or image editing
✗ Content writing, copywriting, or caption creation
✗ Any brand strategy, design consultation, or creative direction
✗ Revisions beyond one round of minor corrections -
To complete your personalisation we require all of the following:
Your logo as a PNG file with a transparent background (If your logo has a white box around it, ask your designer for a transparent version or use remove.bg to remove it)
Your brand colours as exact hex codes (e.g. #1E3A5F — not "navy blue". Your designer will have these.)
Your brand font names as they appear in Canva (They must be available in Canva's font library)
Your practice name, exactly as it should appear on all templates
Your practitioner name and professional title (e.g. Jane Smith, Registered Psychologist)
Your phone number, email address, and website URL
Work does not begin until all assets are received. The 5–7 business day turnaround begins from the date all required items are confirmed as complete.

This service requires that you have already purchased on of the Launch & Social Systems($697 AUD) separately.
This is an add-on service only - it does not include the template system itself.
If your brand assets are not yet complete (no logo, no hex codes, no defined fonts), we recommend booking a Brand Clarity Audit or Brand Clarity Growth System first to establish your brand identity before personalising your templates. -
These templates are for single-practitioner personal and commercial use within your own practice only.
They are not to be resold, redistributed, shared, or used to create products for sale. Each licence covers one practitioner and one practice. -
Due to the instant digital nature of this product, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the Access Document has been delivered and the Canva links have been accessed.
