These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of digital products and services from Lilaco Designs (ABN: [INSERT ABN]), trading as Lilaco Designs, located in Queensland, Australia.
Please read these terms carefully before completing your purchase. By purchasing from lilacodesigns.com.au you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
1. ABOUT US
Lilaco Designs (ABN: 80 215 280 413) is a design business operating in Queensland, Australia. We sell digital template products and design services to health practitioners and businesses across Australia.

2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
2.1 Digital Products
Lilaco Designs sells digital download products including but not limited to Canva template kits, PDF guides, content planning documents, and lead magnet templates (collectively referred to as "Digital Products").
Digital Products are delivered electronically via a downloadable PDF Access Document containing links to Canva templates. No physical goods are shipped.
2.2 Done-For-You Services
Lilaco Designs also offers custom personalisation services where we apply a purchaser's brand assets to their purchased Digital Product. These services are governed by the additional terms in Section 9 of these Terms.
3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
3.1 Placing an Order
By placing an order through lilacodesigns.com.au you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or service at the advertised price. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.
3.2 Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
Lilaco Designs is registered for GST in Australia. The GST component of each purchase is calculated at 10% and is included in the displayed price.
3.3 Payment
Payment is processed securely through Squarespace Commerce using Stripe or PayPal. Lilaco Designs does not store your payment card details.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We do not offer payment plans unless explicitly stated on the product page.
3.4 Currency
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). International customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their bank or payment provider.
4. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS
4.1 Instant Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email from Squarespace containing a link to download your Access Document PDF. The Access Document contains clickable links to all Canva templates included in your purchase.
Delivery is immediate in most cases. If you have not received your Access Document within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
4.2 Access to Canva Templates
Canva template links in your Access Document are set to "Use template" mode. You must click "Use template" before editing to create your own personal copy. Editing the original template link directly may affect other users.
A free Canva account is sufficient to access and use the templates. Some features may require a paid Canva subscription.
4.3 Technical Requirements
To use Lilaco Designs Digital Products you require:
A device with internet access
A free or paid Canva account (canva.com)
A PDF reader to open the Access Document
Your own brand assets (logo PNG with transparent background, hex colour codes, and Canva-available fonts) to customise the templates
Lilaco Designs Digital Products are designed exclusively for use in Canva. They are not compatible with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office, or any other design software.
5. LICENCE AND PERMITTED USE
5.1 Licence Grant
Upon purchase, Lilaco Designs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to use the purchased Digital Product for the permitted purposes set out in this Section 5.
5.2 Permitted Use
You may use Lilaco Designs Digital Products to:
Customise the templates with your own brand, logo, and practice details
Use the customised templates to market and promote your own practice or business
Share finalised, customised outputs (such as social media posts, printed flyers, and client documents) in the ordinary course of your professional practice
Use the templates on an ongoing basis within a single practitioner's practice
5.3 Prohibited Use — What You May NOT Do
You may NOT use Lilaco Designs Digital Products to:
Resell or redistribute the templates: You may not sell, resell, gift, share, transfer, or otherwise distribute the original or minimally modified templates to any third party, whether for payment or free of charge.
Create products for commercial resale: You may not use the templates to create template packs, digital products, courses, or any other products for sale to others.
Use across multiple practitioners or practices: Each licence covers a single practitioner operating within a single practice. You may not share your licence, Access Document, or Canva template links with colleagues, employees, partners, or any other person. Each practitioner in a group practice requires a separate licence.
Use on behalf of clients: You may not purchase this product on behalf of, or for the use of, a client or any third party. The licence is personal to the purchasing practitioner only.
Remove or alter copyright notices: You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, branding, or attribution included in the original templates beyond what is reasonably required to apply your own brand.
Sub-licence: You may not sub-licence, assign, or transfer your rights under this licence to any other person or entity.
5.4 Intellectual Property
All original design elements, layouts, copy, structure, and content within Lilaco Designs Digital Products remain the intellectual property of Lilaco Designs. Purchase of a Digital Product transfers a limited licence to use — not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Canva elements (fonts, graphics, photos, and other assets available within the Canva platform) are subject to Canva's own licence terms and conditions, which are separate from these terms. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of Canva elements complies with Canva's licence.
5.5 Breach of Licence
Any use of Lilaco Designs Digital Products outside of the permitted uses in Section 5.2 constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your licence, legal action, and a claim for damages.
6. REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
6.1 Digital Products — No Refund Policy
Due to the instant digital delivery nature of our products, Lilaco Designs does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on Digital Product purchases once:
The order confirmation email has been delivered to you; and
The Access Document has been made available for download; and
Any Canva template link has been accessed
This no-refund policy applies regardless of whether you have fully used, partially used, or not yet used the product.
6.2 Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, consumers are entitled to a remedy if a product:
Has a major failure (is not of acceptable quality)
Does not match its description
Does not do what we said it would do
If you believe your Digital Product has a major failure as defined under the ACL, please contact us at hello@lilacodesigns.com.au within 30 days of purchase with details of the issue. We will assess your claim and respond within 5 business days.
6.3 Technical Issues
If you experience a genuine technical issue preventing access to your Digital Product — such as a broken download link or an inaccessible Canva template — contact us at hello@lilacodesigns.com.au within 14 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Technical support does not extend to assistance with Canva customisation, brand application, design decisions, or template editing. For brand application support, see our Custom Template Personalisation Service.
6.4 Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage you to read the full product description, review the FAQ on our shop page, and contact us with any questions before purchasing.
7. PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
7.1 Nature of Templates
Lilaco Designs Digital Products are editable template starting points provided for business, branding, and administrative support purposes only.
7.2 Not Professional Advice
Our products are not and do not constitute:
Legal advice
Clinical advice or guidance
Professional compliance advice
Endorsement by any professional association, regulatory body, or government agency
This includes but is not limited to the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), the Psychology Board of Australia, the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA), or any other registration or peak body.
7.3 Practitioner Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of the purchasing practitioner to:
Review and adapt all templates and documents to meet their individual professional requirements
Confirm compliance with their applicable registration obligations
Ensure all materials comply with applicable legislation including AHPRA advertising guidelines where relevant
Confirm compliance with their professional indemnity insurance requirements
Seek independent legal or professional advice where required before using any document with clients
Lilaco Designs accepts no liability for any loss, claim, or consequence arising from a practitioner's failure to review templates against their professional obligations before use.
7.4 No Guarantee of Results
Lilaco Designs makes no guarantee of specific business, marketing, or commercial results from use of our Digital Products. Individual results will vary.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Lilaco Designs' total liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with a Digital Product purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product
Lilaco Designs is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss or damage arising from your use of our Digital Products
Lilaco Designs is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with your professional registration obligations or applicable legislation
Nothing in this Section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. CUSTOM TEMPLATE PERSONALISATION SERVICE
The following additional terms apply to the Custom Template Personalisation Service in addition to the general terms above.
9.1 Service Description
The Custom Template Personalisation Service is a done-for-you service where Lilaco Designs applies a client's existing brand assets across their purchased Digital Product templates.
9.2 Prerequisites
To purchase the Custom Template Personalisation Service you must have already purchased a Lilaco Designs Launch & Social System separately. This service is an add-on only and does not include the Digital Product itself.
9.3 Asset Submission
All required brand assets must be submitted to hello@lilacodesigns.com.au within 48 hours of purchase to secure your delivery slot.
Required assets include:
Logo as a PNG file with transparent background
Exact brand colour hex codes (e.g. #1E3A5F)
Brand font names as they appear in Canva's font library
Practice name, practitioner name and title
Phone number, email address, and website URL
Work does not begin until all assets are confirmed as received and correct. The 5–7 business day turnaround begins from the date of this confirmation.
9.4 Delivery Slot Policy
If assets are not received within 48 hours of purchase your reserved delivery slot will be released. Rescheduling is subject to current availability and will incur a rescheduling fee of $75 AUD payable before work recommences.
9.5 Revisions
One round of minor corrections is included in the service fee. Correction requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Requests received after 48 hours, or requests that constitute significant changes beyond minor corrections, may be treated as a new service engagement at the applicable rate.
9.6 Refund Policy — Personalisation Service
Due to the custom nature of this service, no refund is available once work has commenced. If you have questions before purchasing, contact hello@lilacodesigns.com.au before completing your order.
10. PRIVACY
Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at lilacodesigns.com.au/privacy-policy.
We collect your name and email address for the purposes of processing your order, delivering your Digital Product, and communicating with you about your purchase. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Lilaco Designs reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or purchase of our products after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
