    • Font Licenses: Many typefaces require individual licenses. I'll guide you to the right resources and ensure transparency regarding costs.

    • Additional Costs: Printing, photography, copywriting, specialty website plugins, domain names, email management, and IT support are not included in our bundles. Any additional services will be clearly outlined and require your approval before proceeding.

  • Every designer has their unique style. I want to ensure that our aesthetic aligns perfectly with your vision.

  • As a brand designer, I understand the importance of a comprehensive brand identity. Beyond a logo, a strong brand encompasses multiple elements, such as color palettes, fonts, graphics, photography, and more. This approach allows businesses to effectively communicate with their ideal audience. While a logo can be a valuable starting point for new businesses, established brands often recognise the need for a more extensive brand presence to achieve their goals. We have our business 'Startup Brand Bundle' which would be suited for those on a budget.

  • Upon project completion, I will transfer the final designer files for your logos. As outlined in our services agreement, you retain full intellectual property rights to the logos.

    I may use your designs to showcase my work as a brand designer, but the final logos are entirely yours. Additional design assets, such as business cards or marketing materials, are available on a case-by-case basis and may incur extra fees.

    Trademarking is not included in my design process. Clients are responsible for submitting their logos for trademark consideration.

  • I have limited availability for new design projects each month. There are four spots available, with two intake periods: around the 1st and the 15th of the month. Projects are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are secured with a deposit. Due to high demand, I recommend reaching out approximately four weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.

  • For existing clients: I offer additional design services to maintain brand consistency. This includes items like flyers, brochures, social media posts, magazines, signage, catalogs, and posters.

  • Payment Information:

    • Payment Method: We currently accept direct bank transfers only. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.

    • Deposits: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your project start date. Full payment due prior to file handover.

    • Progress Payments: For projects exceeding four weeks, a 50% progress payment is due every four weeks until completion (maximum four payments).

    • Printing Costs: All printing costs must be paid in full before we release the final files.
